Regional Partners Enablement Manager - EMEA

The Partnerships group at monday.com is actively seeking a drivenEnablement Managerfor a global impact role, specifically to conduct hands-on training for partners in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate should have a proven business track record in sales roles.

About The Role

• Designing team and individual training programs
• Coordinate, initiate and run end-to-end programmatic sessions for new partners
• Independent learning of new topics
• Run skills gaps analysis to identify areas of improvement in partners processes and mitigate future risks.
• Gathering feedback to improve processes and deliverables
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in Sales roles – a must
• 1 year of experience in training, onboarding, or partnerships (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment) – a must
• Highly collaborative and self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines and goals
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and build relationships both within the immediate team and across departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly independent and able to work autonomously
• Experience with monday.com is a plus
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
