Quality and Reliability Specialist

Our Engineering & Systems Group in the Missile and Space Systems Division is looking for a Quality and Reliability Specialist.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading quality assurance in the development of assemblies.
• Overseeing quality and reliability from the development phase, including qualification of assemblies and systems, and participating in the transition from development to production.
• Working in a matrix environment with project staff across the division and subcontractors.
• Integrating into the engineering project team.
• Managing quality and reliability in a matrix structure.
• Collaborating with various interfaces, including customers, subcontractors in Israel and abroad, business units, and engineering teams.
• Combining office work with on-site production floor activities and subcontractor visits.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Materials Engineering – mandatory.
• Over 7 years of experience in a company that develops and manufactures electromechanical or electronic assemblies – mandatory.
• Experience in quality assurance – an advantage.
• Experience in transitioning from development to production or in engineering roles – an advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills and broad perspective.
• Willingness to work additional hours.
