Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all related travel services for the employees in Israel, Europe and Asia Pacific including:

• Provide service to managers and employees
• Ensures that travel needs are met (within company guidelines)
• Drive continuous improvement of travel service

Manage and monitor overall travel operations:

• Manage travel agents in various locations
• Reviews and configures travel-related data, analysis and reporting of travel data
• Monitor travel budget and usage
• Negotiate agreements with airlines and hotels
• Review and approve invoices
• Taking part in projects

Major Projects:

• Implementing a new travel system in APAC.
• Replace our Travel agency.
• Improve our travel data base (Analayzer etc.).

Qualifications

• Strong service orientation - a must
• 0-3 experience in the travel industry
• BA degree- an advantage
• Great communications skills and excellent English (verbal and written)
• Able to work in a fast pace, high pressured, environment
• Attention to details
• Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines
• Fast learner
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
