Hardware System Engineer

We are looking for a Hardware System Engineer to join the Engineering & Systems group at ELTA.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop integrated hardware systems in the fields of radar, electronic warfare (EW), communications, and more.
• Define system requirements, oversee development, and support production both in Israel and abroad.
• Design and define hardware architectures for ELTA’s advanced systems.
• Take full engineering responsibility for a product line within the Engineering & Systems Plant.
• Define requirements and guide development teams within the organization.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in System Engineering – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Radar, EW, or Communication Systems – Advantage.
• Understanding of transmission/reception channel design – Advantage.
• Knowledge of phased array systems – Advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
