We’re looking for a talented Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team and help fuel the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. At BTB, we believe in empowering businesses with smart, data-driven financial solutions – including government-backed loans – to help them thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis for both business and private loan applications.
• Perform in-depth financial interviews to assess creditworthiness and risk.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and market conditions to support decision-making.
• Provide data-driven credit recommendations based on risk assessment models.
• Work with advanced technological tools to enhance credit evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and responsible credit approvals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory requirements.

What You Should Bring to the Table:

• 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis.
• Proven experience in the SMB sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities.
• Experience with government-backed loan funds - significant advantage
• Understanding of fintech and non-banking credit markets - adventage.

Position Details:

• Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday.
• Location: Tel Aviv, 2 minutes walking distance from HaHagana station
