Junior Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial and economic analysis to assess company performance.

Develop and maintain financial models to analyze market trends and profitability.

Analyze large datasets to identify actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with various teams to implement analytical findings and improve business strategies.

Build and maintain models to calculate sales commissions.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize commission structures and incentives.

Work closely with the payments team to analyze collection trends and identify potential risks.

Prepare reports on payment performance and provide actionable insights to improve collection processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role within the online industry.

Strong understanding of financial instruments and economic indicators.

Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using financial software and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL)
