Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brewery Operator located in Beit Shemesh. The Brewery Operator will be responsible for overseeing the beer production process, including monitoring brewing equipment, ensuring quality control, and managing raw materials. Daily tasks include operating brewing machinery, performing routine maintenance, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. The individual will also be involved in packaging and storing finished products, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during production.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating brewing equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of brewing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Previous experience in a similar role in the brewery industry is preferred
• Relevant certifications or training in brewing or related fields are a plus
