For the Niram Gitan Group in Ra'anana, we are looking for an Industrial and Management Engineer specializing in Organization & Methods and Organizational Excellence.

• Developing methodologies to improve organizational performance and efficiency processes.
• Engaging in various areas, including conducting assessments, establishing performance measurement and control infrastructures to support organizational efficiency, and mapping and defining organizational processes.

• Industrial and Management Engineering degree – Mandatory
• At least two years of experience in O&M projects / performance improvement within an organization – Mandatory
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handle pressure and multitasking
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and drawing conclusions – Mandatory
• Proficiency in Excel – Mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
