Marketing Manager

Job Description:

·       Planning and executing the organization’s marketing strategy

·       Developing and leading marketing initiatives and campaigns across various media channels

·       Writing and producing marketing content and materials, both online and offline

·       Managing the organization's social media channels

·       Overseeing the organization's public relations activities and working with a PR agency

·       Managing internal communication, including employer branding

·       Managing budgets and projects in the fields of innovation and marketing

·       Organizing conferences and marketing events

·       Collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations

·       Strong marketing writing skills

·       Experience managing social media and digital platforms

·       Experience working with PR agencies

·       Event planning experience – an advantage

·       Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks

·       Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal abilities

·       High-level verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong leadership, engagement, and process-driving capabilities

·       Very high-level English – an advantage
