DevOps Engineer

A startup company is developing a Web B2B2C fintech platform aimed at small businesses and freelancers in the U.S. The platform helps them manage their business from end to end.

Most of their clients describe the product as life-changing, as it allows them to manage their businesses efficiently and professionally to maximize their potential.

The company has a unique organizational culture, with impressive offices that foster a warm and family-like atmosphere. They are also Dog Friendly. The team works in a hybrid model, offering two work-from-home days per week, and the office is located in central Tel Aviv.

The company has 250 employees, 140 of whom are in Israel.

Role Overview:

• You will join the DevOps team with four other experienced team members and lead the team technically, reporting to a team lead.
• The role involves diverse work across 10 product teams, collaborating with the Security and Data teams.
• The tech stack includes Kubernetes, AWS, Ruby, Node.js and Go.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in DevOps roles
• Proficiency in Python/GO/Ruby/Node.js
• Experience from product companies – required (SAAS experience is an advantage)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• AWS experience
• Kubernetes experience – required
