Organizational & Operational Excellence Consultant

We are seeking an Organizational & Operational Excellence Consultant to join a leading financial organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to advise senior management on strategic decisions and support process improvements across the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting senior management on process improvements and strategic decision-making

Defining and optimizing operational and organizational processes using best practices in operational excellence

Conducting complex data analysis to assess and improve business and operational performance

Participating in think tanks to develop innovative operational strategies

Interviewing key stakeholders to identify operational needs and gaps

Leading cross-organizational change initiatives, including collaboration with IT teams for system characterization and implementation

Requirements:

BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management – Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Creativity, initiative, and curiosity

Experience in organizational/operational consulting – a significant advantage

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team

Fluent Hebrew and English (additional languages are an advantage)
