Technology Project Manager – IBI Brokerage Development Department (Maternity Leave Cover) – Position no. 1309

The unit is responsible for the development, specification, and implementation of the IBI SMART application, trading support systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading technology projects from initiation to launch, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
• Understanding system components and identifying potential failure points.
• Collaborating with development teams and serving as the link between business and technology stakeholders.
• Driving internal teams, fostering collaboration, managing external vendors, and meeting project goals.
• Temporary position for maternity leave cover (7-month contract, with a possible extension).

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in technology project management – mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree – advantage (especially in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems).
• Strong technical understanding – mandatory.
• Experience in the financial sector/capital markets – advantage.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English – mandatory.
