Information Systems Architect

We are looking for an experienced Chief Information Systems Architect to lead the strategic IT roadmap and drive innovation across the organization.

This role blends technological vision, strong matrix leadership, and hands-on implementation of cutting-edge solutions to enhance business performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the architecture and integration of strategic IT projects.
• Defining and executing a technology vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Providing professional guidance to architects across multiple disciplines (Development, SAP, Data, Low-Code, Infrastructure, Cloud, On-Prem, etc.).
• Driving cross-project integration within the company’s IT roadmap.
• Identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to optimize business and operational performance.
• Leading the cloud strategy and heading the CCOE (Cloud Center of Excellence).
• Evaluating and promoting technology partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing Make/Buy decisions in collaboration with product and procurement teams.
• Developing and implementing technical training programs to upskill IT professionals.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as an Architect or Head of Architecture in a company with 2000+ employees – Required.
• Deep technical expertise in Information Systems – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in matrix management of managers and architects – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies – Mandatory.
• Cloud expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP (hybrid & multi-cloud environments) – Required. Experience with Nimbus – Strong advantage.
• B.Sc. in Engineering or Sciences – Advantage.
• Previous experience as a CTO in a large organization – Significant advantage.
• Knowledge of engineering systems (PLM, SAP ERP) and cybersecurity needs.
• Experience in corporate-level strategic planning (working with procurement, finance, cybersecurity, and operations).
