Legal Counsel

We are a dynamic Travel Management Corporate (TMC), seeking an exceptional legal counsel to establish and lead our Legal Department as a Corporate Legal Counsel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a law firm or as in-house lawyer
• LLB (or equivalent degree) and licensed to practice law in Israel
• Demonstrated extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Relevant experience working with multinational global companies
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew at a native or near native level – MUST

Key Responsibilities

• Support processes of mergers and acquisitions
• Negotiate, draft and review various commercial agreements (NDA's, sales, service agreements, etc.)
• Remain abreast of legislative changes and adapt company policies to maintain compliance
• Interact and work with company's departments (sales, IT, Costumer Success, Human Resources, and finance) on diverse legal issues
• Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters
• Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed
• Provide guidance on internal and external legal issues, offering recommendations on solutions and best practices
• Conduct day to day legal work with integrity and responsibility
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects
