HW Systems Engineering Team Leader

ELTA is looking for a HW Systems Engineering Team Leader to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team of hardware systems engineers.
• Define and shape hardware architecture for ELTA’s advanced systems (Radar, EW, Communication, etc.).
• Take full engineering responsibility for the team’s projects, including subcontractor management.
• Oversee system development and production, both domestically and internationally.
• Define system requirements and support development across multiple engineering groups.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or hardware engineering – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Radar/EW/Communication systems or other integrated systems – Advantage.
• Knowledge in transmit/receive channel design – Advantage.
• Experience with Phased Array Systems – Advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• High-level proficiency in English.
