We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Controller to join our rapidly growing finance team at a promising, high-growth SaaS company. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in leading essential financial processes as well as innovative initiatives to elevate our financial reporting and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and consolidated reports, while collaborating with external accountants.
• Oversee audit processes and coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit.
• Stay updated on evolving accounting standards and local tax regulations, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and conducting research on complex accounting matters.
• Lead ad hoc projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements.

What you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA certification from a Big 4 accounting firm, with experience in the high-tech sector- a must.
• At least 1 year of experience as Controller/Assistant controller from high-growth SaaS companies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, strong self-motivation, quick learning skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency with NetSuite (Big Advantage)
