Thousands of our business clients - psychiatrists, clinicians, psychologists, social workers, and education professionals use our cloud-based test, MOXO, to treat and improve the lives of their clients worldwide.
We’re a tiny team of just 10 people, running a SAAS company out of Hofit, but we make an impact! In 2024 alone, over 200,000 MOXO assessments were done worldwide, and in the past decade, we’ve hit more than a million.
We are actively searching for a Sales Director to lead our International / ROW B2B sales in the digital health / edtech sectors.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product departments to learn about the product and the value we offer to existing/prospective clients.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the evangelist of Neurotek products and services
- Take ultimate accountability of managing all phases of the sales cycles for the assigned region
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue growth and market penetration
- Presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solution
- Participate in and guide discussions and negotiations with customers
- Accountability for reporting activities, opportunity development and forecasting
- Willing to travel internationally 15-20% of the time
About You:
- Minimum 3 years experience in international sales (Europe, LATAM), meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of Healthcare/Telehealth and education industries
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven record of hunting / prospecting net new opportunities and building a process to build, qualify, and close/form new partnership clients.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for driving growth through value add
- High-energy; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up sales environment
- HubSpot experience - a plus
- Knowledge of the Sandler Sales methodology - a plus
- Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Mastery of Spanish and/or Portuguese languages is a plus
- Residency in Israel
Just a heads up: Our office is located in Hofit. We work in a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
