This is a volunteer role as a Mentors & Consultants Community Leader at Hackautism. The position is a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Community Leader will be responsible for coordinating and leading mentorship and consultation activities within the community.

• Leadership and Communication skills
• Experience in mentoring or consulting roles
• Ability to organize and facilitate community activities
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and related therapies
• Empathy and understanding towards individuals on the autism spectrum
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• A background in psychology, special education, or related fields is a plus
