Process Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of New Technologies:
• Integrating production systems from the specification stage, supplier evaluation, and negotiation to full validation with company clients.
• Planning and executing investments in new machinery and technologies.
• Providing technological oversight for multiple production lines.
• Engineering Team Management:
• Standardizing work processes and knowledge transfer across company sites.
• Leading engineering projects, including budget management, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborating with engineering teams at various production sites to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
• Providing engineering support to meet customer needs and global market demands.
• Offering technical support at customer sites.
• Performance Measurement and Goal Setting:
• Monitoring engineering performance through KPIs.
• Setting achievable goals for continuous engineering improvement using the SMART method.
• Work Processes:
• Establishing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for planning, manufacturing, and quality control.
• Creating organizational infrastructure, work processes, and resource allocation to support company activities.
• Implementing process optimization methodologies such as Six Sigma.

✔️ Education: Plastics/Chemical/Materials/Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory (MBA – Advantage).

✔️ Experience: 5-7 years in a similar role within the plastic industry, including engineering team leadership.

✔️ Technical Knowledge: Extensive expertise in thermoplastic polymers and manufacturing processes (injection

molding, extrusion, compounding).

✔️ Development Experience: Proven experience in new product development and leading complex engineering

processes.

✔️ Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including international suppliers and

customers.

✔️ Language: Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking).

✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.) – Advantage.

✔️ Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

✔️ Flexibility: Availability for non-standard working hours and international travel when required.
