COO/CRO @ SAAS Startup, digital health

Thousands of our business clients - psychiatrists, clinicians, psychologists, social workers, and education professionals use our cloud-based test, MOXO,  to treat and improve the lives of their clients worldwide. 

We’re a tiny team of just 10 people, running a SAAS company out of Hofit, but we make an impact! In 2024 alone, over 200,000 MOXO assessments were done worldwide, and in the past decade, we’ve hit more than a million. 

We’re looking for an experienced COO/CRO to join our executive team.

In this C-level position, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling our organization, optimizing operations, and executing our strategic vision. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee daily operations, execute current and future strategic plans, and focus on expanding to new customer segments, markets, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned business executive with experience in SaaS startups, B2B/B2B2C channels, a track record of scaling operations, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Here are the key objectives of this role:

• Define and Lead Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy across multiple channels to drive sustainable growth.
• Own KPIs: Manage and optimize performance metrics and retention rates, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Revenue Growth & Profitability: Monitor and optimize sales pipeline processes to ensure sustainable growth and drive initiatives that increase revenue and profitability.
• Financial Management: Partner with the CFO to oversee financial operations, manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to measure success, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes.
• BI/Analytical tools: Select & deploy BI & Data Visualization tools, design dashboards to monitor KPI’s and sales processes. 
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine operational workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably as CRO or VP of Operations in a SaaS startup.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and scaling strategies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Tableau, and a passion for customer-centric solutions are essential for this role. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and align teams, are crucial. 
• An analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making is also highly valued. 
• Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in other languages is an advantage. 
• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred, and the ability to travel globally is a must.

Just a heads up: Our office is located in Hofit. We work in a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
