🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat
✅ Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Customer Service Experience – previous experience in a similar role is preferred
✔️ Customer-Focused Mindset – strong skills in customer support, satisfaction, and experience
✔️ Communication & Interpersonal Skills – excellent verbal and written communication
✔️ Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution – ability to handle issues effectively and professionally
✔️ Multitasking & Prioritization – ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
✔️ Tech-Savvy – comfortable using customer service platforms and tools
📍 Location: Netanya (Hybrid – work from home & office)
