We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to join the vibrant Scale team in Tel Aviv!

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategies and best practices for risk, fraud, and payments policies and procedures.

This role is perfect for an independent, passionate, and self-reliant professional with strong experience in risk management and anti-fraud measures. You will play a key role in implementing new fraud prevention strategies and ensuring the security of financial transactions.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including health, security, and component management.
• Develop, build, test, and maintain internal tools for the development process and daily operations.
• Constantly improve the process of moving products from idea to production.
• Play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth internally and externally.
• Identify and remove obstacles across teams and processes.
• Safeguard the platform by protecting against malicious actors.

Interested? Here’s what we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles from product companies.
• At least 4 years of experience deploying and managing Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters.
• At least 4 years of experience working with Docker or other container technologies.
• Strong AWS experience with at least 4 years of active deployment, management, and upgrades.
• Proficiency in Linux and Bash (or similar technologies).
• Deep understanding of DNS, SSL, reverse proxies, Nginx, WebSockets.
• A security-oriented mindset.
• Programming background is a plus.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills, transparency, and a positive, ego-free attitude.
• Ability to take ownership and make a significant impact.
