R&D Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead delivery at Radware’s world-leading DDoS defense development group. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that protect global enterprises from evolving threats. What you will doing:

• Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements analysis to execution and successful delivery.
• Manage delivery timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables to drive timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, product stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
• Maintain project delivery status and documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Ongoing work with diverse stakeholders – developers, team leads, product, senior management, etc
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Collaborate with U.S.-based and APAC teams to ensure delivery
  
  

What do you need –

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the large organization or networking industry
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading complex cross team’s projects with Agile methodologies
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments, managing multiple concurrent projects and teans in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with a tracking tools
• Engineering background – a huge advantage.
• Previous experience with SAFe – a huge advantage.
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
