Account Manager Team Lead

We're searching for a Global salesqaccount manager team lead to drive our eCommerce success.

 Location: Bursa - Ramat Gan

Role Summary: Lead our sales team with a focus on the US market

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee sales and service teams 

- Recruit, train, and retain top sales & service talent 

- Streamline sales and service processes 

- Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling 

- Collaborate with marketing to maximize conversions and sales 

- Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction 

- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements 

- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and production for seamless operations 

Requirements:

- 5+ years in managing sales

- Proven online sales and customer service experience

- Experience in the US market, a must

- High proficiency in English

- Proficiency in Intercom and AI-driven processes, a bonus

- Jewelry industry experience is a huge plus
