Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, resolving customer issues, and troubleshooting technical problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer inquiries and issues
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of financial services or banking industry is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English languages
