System Administrator

Currently, we are actively seeking a System Administrator to join our dedicated team and work onsite for different clients, ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple environments.

As a System Administrator, you will be the first line of support for onsite IT operations, handling user requests, troubleshooting infrastructure and security issues, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You’ll be a key part of our team, supporting our clients' offices worldwide while managing various IT environments, including end-user workstations, networks, cloud services, and enterprise infrastructure.

Given the diversity of the technologies we support, we are looking for a proactive and adaptable System Administrator with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple tickets, requests, and projects efficiently. Who You Are:

3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Windows system administrator and troubleshooter

At least 2 years of experience with:

• Windows end-user machine administration
• macOS end-user machine administration
• Office365/Google Workspace administration
• PowerShell
• Cloud management (Azure, Microsoft Entra, Intune, JumpCloud, Okta)
• Networking & security (Wi-Fi, network equipment, security, firewalls, EDR, antivirus, etc.)
• Virtualization (VMware, KVM)
• Fortigate administration
• Active Directory/Microsoft Entra
• Networking equipment setup and configuration
• Zabbix monitoring system maintenance
• VMware

At least 1 year of experience with:

• Linux

What You Will Do:

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and workstations
• Provide day-to-day IT support via the Helpdesk
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Provide 1st-tier Linux support
