We're hiring a Regional Manager for our boutique network!

Responsibilities:

• Management, guidance, and development of boutique managers and boutiques in the designated region
• Leading the region to meet service and sales targets
• Implementation of work plans and company strategy in the boutique channel
• Data analysis and drawing conclusions to improve regional performance
• Management of profit and loss units and business development of boutiques
• Leading the customer experience on the sales floor in accordance with brand values and required standards
• Close interface work with organizational headquarters units

Job Requirements

• Management experience in Retail from a global company
• Relevant Bachelor's degree - mandatory
• High level of English proficiency
• Ability to motivate large teams and engage with interfaces
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to draw conclusions
