System Analyst

We’re Hiring: Systems Analyst & Digital Project Manager

✅ Lead and manage the requirements gathering process and optimize project workflows

✅ Work closely with development, UX, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle

✅ Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

✅ Analyze the current state, identify gaps, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications (User Stories)

✅ Manage project timelines, scope, and tasks, including prioritization and Backlog management

🔹 4-5 years of experience in systems analysis, writing technical specifications, working with databases and interfaces – advantage for experience in digital & mobile environments

🔹 3+ years of experience managing projects within large delivery teams, end-to-end

🔹 Experience in specifying and developing WEB applications and MOBILE apps

🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong timeline and scope control

🔹 Background in development and system architecture understanding – a significant advantage
