Installation Technician & Workshop Specialist – Ground Control Technology for Tower Cranes

At Skyline Cockpit, we are looking for an experienced Installation Technician & Workshop Specialist with a strong technical background in tower cranes to lead our ground control technology installations. This role combines technical hands-on work with future managerial potential.

Job Description:

• High-altitude installations of ground control systems for cranes, including field operations and workshop assembly, while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• A hybrid role combining fieldwork and workshop tasks, including mechanical and electrical assembly.
• End-to-end project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination between all stakeholders.
• Logistics management, including inventory, warehouse operations, and procurement processes.
• Collaboration with development and service teams to improve technical processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Learning and adapting advanced systems to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Experience working on tower cranes – a significant advantage.
• Electrical work experience – an advantage.
• Technical knowledge in assembly and operation of complex technological systems.
• Ability to learn independently and a strong desire for growth and knowledge acquisition.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
