Product Design Lead

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about early-stage product development and thrives in a fast-moving, iterative design environment. You’ll work closely with founders, product managers, and our product design team to create intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling B2B product experiences. This is an on-site role, ideal for someone who loves real-time collaboration and wants to be deeply involved in shaping multiple early-stage projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for multiple early-stage digital products.
• Conduct rapid user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to guide design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with a strong focus on usability and scalability.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to iterate quickly and bring concepts to life.
• Establish and maintain design systems that support evolving product needs.
• Advocate for user-centric design while balancing business and technical constraints.
• Present and communicate design decisions to clients and internal teams effectively.
• Stay ahead of design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in early-stage product development or a fast-moving product studio.
• Desire to lead and manage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B product design work, including SaaS platforms or enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, and prototyping tools.
• Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with quick iterations.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a drive to build and experiment.
