Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee and manage ongoing and upcoming projects

✔ Contribute to company procedure development and strategic planning

✔ Prepare tenders, cost estimates, and proposals for new projects

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with design firms, clients, and key stakeholders

✔ Apply problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking to project challenges

Requirements

🔹 BSc in Civil Engineering – Mandatory

🔹 5+ years of experience in project execution/management in the civil engineering sector – Mandatory

🔹 Proven experience managing large-scale projects with a workforce of 250-400 employees – Mandatory

🔹 Experience leading multi-year projects (minimum of 2 years per project), including both team management and budget oversight – Mandatory

🔹 High-level proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) – Mandatory

🔹 Strong interpersonal and presentation skills – Mandatory

🔹 Experience working in Africa – Advantage

🔹 Previous management experience – Advantage
