Talent Acquisition Manager

A leading financial company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, to take charge of the company’s hiring efforts, lead a team of recruiters, and actively recruit for both high-volume and tech positions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing and mentoring a small, professional recruitment team.

- Overseeing recruitment for a range of positions, including CPA interns, corporate roles, and tech positions (Cybersecurity, Project Managers, etc.).

- Defining job profiles in collaboration with hiring managers.

- Leading the entire recruitment process, including CV screening, sourcing, phone and in-person interviews.

- Writing professional candidate evaluations and leading negotiations through contract signing.

- Representing the company in academic career fairs and employer branding events.

- Monitoring and analyzing hiring performance metrics (KPIs, SLA adherence, and process improvements).

- Working with the Niloosoft recruitment system to manage and optimize hiring processes.

This is a Full-time, hybrid role – work three days a week from the company’s Tel Aviv offices.

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in both sourcing and full-cycle hiring.

- Proven experience managing a recruitment team and driving performance.

- Deep understanding of both tech and high-volume recruitment, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

- Strong analytical mindset—able to measure, evaluate, and refine recruitment efforts.

- Experience working with Niloosoft is a significant advantage.

- A proactive, self-sufficient leader who takes initiative and brings creative solutions to hiring challenges.
