Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve technical issues for our customers. You will act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring high-quality support and seamless issue resolution.

Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting the company's Service Level Agreements (SLA) and defining relevant tools and measurement methods to uphold high standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Efficiently manage and resolve electronic support tickets.
• Provide product support to customers and customer success teams.
• Assist in Proof of Concept (POC) stages.
• Support customers during the onboarding process.
• Assist with post-sales implementation.
• Gain in-depth product expertise by creating demos for new product features.
• Monitor the company's SaaS support environment.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team, customer success team, and customers to ensure proper issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in technical support.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the following technologies: Java, Spring Framework, Maven, and Gradle.
• Understanding of REST API, microservices, and related ecosystem components such as API Gateway, OAuth, and TLS protocols.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Container Orchestration).
• Experience working in SaaS and cloud environments.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a strong ability to adapt to changing needs.
• B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
