Role Description

This is a Part-Time / Full-Time on-site role in Rosh HaAyin for a Computer Technician. The primary responsibility of the Computer Technician is to install and maintain computer systems and networks, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, troubleshoot and replace parts as needed, and provide technical support to end-users. Also, configure and install computer peripherals and support equipment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in computer maintenance and repair
• Good knowledge of computer hardware systems, components, and networks
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization and cloud computing is an advantage
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and other network protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff members
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
