Research Development Team Lead

A successful online company is looking for an R&D Team Leader

Petah Tikva | Full-time | One day a week from home

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members in technical areas, product architecture, and other related topics.
• Collaborating with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements, report progress, and meet deadlines.
• Overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation and support, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Leading the technical vision and participating in discussions on product vision.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• At least 3 years of development experience.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience leading a team of at least 2 developers.
• Experience with Microservices.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with React.js.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with JavaScript.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience in building high-traffic, scalable systems.
