We are hiring a Planning and Control Engineer for the laboratories division (maternity leave replacement).

We are looking for an Industrial and Management Engineer for an entry-level, challenging, and dynamic role that involves planning and controlling laboratory activities, working with various internal interfaces, and leading process improvements and optimization of work plans.

Role responsibilities:

• Managing planning and control of the work in quality control laboratories according to work plans and schedules.
• Monitoring planning vs. execution in the labs and maintaining work routines with managers and internal organizational interfaces.
• Ensuring compliance with quality metrics.
• Managing and generating regular monitoring reports using the LIMS system and Office tools.
• Planning the release of raw materials and production media.
• Planning projects and leading process improvements and optimization in the quality department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering - mandatory.
• High proficiency in Excel, including experience with advanced functions such as PIVOT and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Good interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on working with multiple interfaces.
• High-level English.

Job scope: A temporary position for 10 months at the company's site in Beit Kama,

possibility for growth and continued employment based on company needs.
