Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our DSP solution to potential clients, including app owners, web owners, and media agencies. You will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with senior sales leaders to drive revenue and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities within the digital advertising space (app owners, web owners, media agencies).
- Lead Generation: Actively source leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through outbound strategies, including calls, emails, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
- Product Promotion: Educate and demonstrate the value of our DSP solution, highlighting its features, benefits, and how it can meet the needs of prospective clients.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a positive experience from the first contact to the sales closure.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver engaging product presentations, product demos, and assist in the negotiation and closing process.
- Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to continuously improve our sales pitch and approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging, promotional campaigns, and collateral.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Ad Tech, SaaS, or digital marketing space.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
