Role Overview:

As the CTO of NIOV Labs, you will be the cornerstone of our technological leadership, working closely with the CEO to transform groundbreaking ideas into reality. This role demands a dynamic leader with a profound understanding of AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning pipelines, and full-stack development, including expertise in Elixir. Your exceptional organizational skills and passion for meticulous documentation will ensure that our talented team operates cohesively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Technology Leadership: Define and implement NIOV Labs’ technological roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission to innovate and lead in AI-driven solutions.

• Team Management and Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to conceptualize and develop products that push the boundaries of current technology.

• Full-Stack Development Oversight: Supervise the development of scalable and robust applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

• AI and NLP Integration: Drive the incorporation of advanced AI and NLP technologies into our products, enhancing functionality and user engagement.

• Process Optimization: Establish and maintain development processes that emphasize efficiency, high-quality output, and comprehensive documentation.

• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring NIOV Labs remains at the forefront of technological advancement.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience: Proven track record in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position within a startup environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in AI, NLP, machine learning pipelines, and full-stack development, with significant experience in Elixir.

• Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing development teams, with a focus on fostering talent and driving collective success.

• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills, with a commitment to thorough documentation and process clarity.

• Visionary Mindset: A creative thinker with the optimism and confidence to tackle unprecedented challenges and drive innovative solutions.

• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with executive leadership, particularly the CEO, to align technological initiatives with overarching business goals.
