Job Description: CloudHiro is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Operations Specialist to join our team in a part-time position. This individual will drive operational efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across key business functions such as HR, marketing, operations, and sales. If you're passionate about optimizing workflows and supporting growth through effective process management, we'd love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities: As a Business Operations Specialist at CloudHiro, you will focus on the following key areas:
- HR & Recruitment: Recruiting talents for technical roles and ensuring alignment with company needs. You will manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to screening candidates and making hiring recommendations.
- Marketing: Assisting with the company’s digital presence, including creating LinkedIn posts to keep the community informed and engaged. Your role will ensure CloudHiro maintains a professional and engaging online presence.
- Operations & Logistics: Overseeing and optimizing daily operations to improve efficiency. You will focus on streamlining processes to ensure smooth operations across departments and increase productivity.
- Operations Coordination: Overseeing scheduling, meeting arrangements, and time optimization for executives. Ensuring executives' time is managed effectively and that meetings run efficiently.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Supporting the sales team by assisting with lead generation and business development efforts. Your role will help drive new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Internal Event Organization & Employee Well-Being: Organizing internal company events, such as team-building days, and ensuring the well-being of employees within the organization. You will plan events to foster team cohesion and ensure that the work environment supports employee satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management (preferable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, business operations, or a similar role
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking with the ability to approach challenges from different perspectives
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Previous experience working in small companies or startups (preferable).
- Proficiency in Office Software: Strong knowledge and proficiency in Office tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Drive, and similar platforms.
- High level of proficiency in English: Both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

- Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Project Management: Proven experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and creativity in resolving operational challenges.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outputs.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, project management software, and relevant technologies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining high standards.
