This is a remote role for a Seed Investor at FloMar Properties LLC. The Seed Investor will be responsible for investing in early-stage real estate projects,. The role will involve collaborating with the investment team to make strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Financial Analysis, Market Research, and Investment Evaluation skills
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and market dynamics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in investment evaluation and decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in real estate investment or finance is a plus
