We are looking for an experienced SAP Support specialist to join the Business Systems team at a leading company.
💡 What will you do?
🔹 Provide Level 1 SAP support, including troubleshooting, user permissions management, and implementation of new processes.
🔹 Work closely with global business analysts to resolve issues and implement system changes.
🔹 Manage global IT requests and track their resolution for local users.
🔹 Participate in global initiatives and lead their implementation locally.
🔹 Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (ISO13485, ISO27001).
🎯 Job Requirements
✅ 3+ years of experience working with SAP in a Key User or support role, with expertise in at least two of the following modules: PP / MM / SD / FI – Mandatory.
✅ Experience in an industrial organization in manufacturing or sales – Mandatory.
✅ High-level English proficiency – Mandatory.
✅ Experience in medical or regulated industries (e.g., defense) – Strong advantage.
✅ Experience in user access and authorization management – Advantage.
✅ Relevant academic degree or professional SAP training – Advantage.
