Sales Specialist

A leading high-tech company in the advertising field in Rehovot is looking for a Russian-speaking Salesperson.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle: identifying new prospects, creating and managing sales pipeline, and closing new businesses.
• Focus on working the prospect list and leverage a strong ability to transition prospects into clients.
• Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions for signed customers.
• Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth.
• Exceed ambitious quarterly targets.
• Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising.
• Attend key industry events and conferences.

Qualifications - 5+ years of sales experience in performance advertising; experience with Mobile is a big plus.

Required Skills:

• Existing network of relationships within app publishers across the European region.
• Experience working with the Russian market - a must.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with a focus on closing new business.
• Russian speaking and writing is a must.
• Persuasion, exceptional negotiation, and communication skills.
