VP Operations

Job Description:

The VP of Operations will oversee all facets of our operational functions, including supply chain and manufacturing, NPI, product quality assurance, information management, and data collection—both for internal processes and mass production. This role requires strategic planning, process optimization, and strong leadership, ensuring our operations achieve the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure seamless production transitions
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and enhance supply chain resilience
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier performance to maintain high standards
• Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying alternative sourcing strategies and ensuring business continuity
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and DevOps, optimizing technology to support operational efficiency
• Align IT strategies with business objectives to enhance overall performance and scalability
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations, safeguarding company assets and data integrity
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with a strong focus on manufacturing, supply chain, and IT-driven environments
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and operational excellence methodologies
• Proven track record in leading large-scale manufacturing and supply chain operations, driving efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization
• Experience with ERP systems, digital transformation initiatives, and IT infrastructure management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and navigate dynamic business environments
• Strong ability to align operations with business growth objectives and evolving market demands
