Team8 Cyber Stealth Startup-Network Analyst

We’re looking for an Analyst with a solid understanding of network traffic analysis to join our team. In this role, you’ll help analyze and interpret network data to support the development of security tools. You’ll work closely with researchers and developers to refine insights and improve our product. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and working with data, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Simulate and analyze network traffic from various applications and websites.
• Define the structure of application protocols to enhance detection and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with fellow analysts and the research team to refine methodologies.
• Work alongside the R&D team to integrate insights into the product.
  
  

• Strong understanding of network traffic and 7th layer protocols.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Great analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with Burp Suite, mitmproxy, Fiddler, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with common data formats: JSON, XML, YAML.
• Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with regular expressions.
