Responsibiliti

• es:Lead the group monthly closing processes, including preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of GL accounts, and compliance with US GAAP and supporting documentati
• on.Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, managing accounting procedures including Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), Lease Accounting, Stock Compensation (ASC 718), and additional regulatory requiremen
• ts.Meet audit and tax compliance requirements, overseeing the preparation of the Company’s financial statements and global tax filings while maintaining ongoing collaboration with external accountants across regio
• ns.Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely delivery of required materia
• ls.Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance, identifying trends and advising on corrective actio
• ns.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal polici
