PLANNING MANAGER

Role responsibilities

• Lead the planning process for complex construction projects
• Monitor and manage project schedules and timelines
• Oversee and control the project budget
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including consultants, architects, developers, etc
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams throughout the planning phase
• A dynamic and challenging role with opportunities for learning, training, and growth within the organization!
  
  

• Degree in Architecture, Engineer/ Technician – mandatory
• 4-6 years of experience in architecture offices
• Experience in planning residential and office towers (required)
• Strong managerial skills for overseeing professional teams and consultants
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation
• Fluent in computer systems – mandatory
