CRM Technical Specialist

i-Cloudius, a boutique Cloud service provider working with top tech clients, is looking for a Technical Expert to lead CRM projects on the Salesforce platform.

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Integrations.
• Identify and implement operational improvements and system customizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to define business processes and requirements.

• At least 2 years of experience in Information System technologies as a Technical Specialist.
• BA/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (mainly in English).
• Proven ability to design and implement processes and automations.
• Experience with CRM or other business applications (Salesforce certifications = a plus).
