OVERVIEW:

Bruker’s Semiconductor Division is the leader in automated atomic force microscopy (AAFM) and advanced X-ray metrology and defect inspection tools for the silicon and compound semiconductor industries. The division offers the most comprehensive portfolio tools, based on X-ray technologies including XRR (X-ray reflectometry), XRF (X-ray fluorescence), XRD (X-ray diffraction), XRDI (X-ray diffraction imaging), and others. The X-ray business unit is based in Migdal Ha’Emek, Israel with facilities in Durham UK, Karlsruhe, Germany, and support offices and sales representatives worldwide.

We are looking for a master's degree student in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Engineering, or another relevant field, with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. The role includes a variety of tasks for coordination and knowledge management in the technical support department, monitoring and guiding processes, defining KPIs, and organizing databases.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing information from various departments within the organization
• Developing, guiding, and improving processes in the technical support department
• Monitoring and managing data, including defining and tracking KPIs
• Maintaining information systems and organizing databases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree student with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management - mandatory
• Ability to work independently, with high organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in computer skills and applications (Office, Excel, etc.) - mandatory
• Ability to manage knowledge and maintain information systems in the technical support field, organize and manage databases
• Previous experience in project management - significant advantage
• Experience working with systems like SAP and Monday - advantage
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Availability for 3-4 workdays per week
