Everest Corporate Finance is expanding!

We are looking for a highly skilled leader for our Investment Banking operation. 

As the Head of Investment Banking, you will leverage your extensive transactional experience, strong business acumen, and proven track record to drive success. This role will involve maintaining and expanding our cross-border investment banking activities with A-list corporate clients involving chiefly M&A and consulting. You will play a key role in identifying and developing business opportunities with both existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

✅ 7+ years of experience in cross-border Investment Banking, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Placements, and Debt Capital Raising ✅ Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and drive business growth ✅ Exceptional financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills✅ Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment ✅ Ability to confidently interact with senior clients and stakeholders in a professional manner ✅ Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills ✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to articulate and defend concepts effectively
