Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and strategic Principal with a proven track record in venture capital or technology entrepreneurship. This role demands a proactive leader who excels in identifying promising investments, building valuable relationships, and driving growth for portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities.
• Oversee the full investment process, from due diligence to deal execution and ongoing portfolio management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Provide strategic support to portfolio companies to help them achieve growth and scalability.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine and execute our investment strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or as a technology entrepreneur.
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and close impactful investment opportunities.
• A strong network within the startup and technology ecosystems, particularly in deep-tech.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and driving meaningful change.
